Cingularity wants to play its part in creating a sustainable world, for today and for the future. As a key supplier in the broadcast industry, we have a duty to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep our environmental impacts to a minimum, collaborate with partners in our sector and be a force for good.
We engineer things properly from the get-go. We believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts and actively seek out collaborations that enhance problem-solving and deliver better results for our customers.
We aim to manage our operations to create conditions for sustainable working for our staff, by:
- Setting environmental objectives and targets on our significant impacts and monitoring, measuring and reporting them
- Providing our staff with relevant environmental information and training
- Complying with all relevant legislation
- Partner with others across our industry to build a sustainable creative sector by:
- Supporting and participating in industry collaborations to promote sustainable innovation across broadcast production, technology and delivery
- Working with suppliers and other third parties to ensure appropriate standards of environmental management are achieved. Our buying process considers the reduction of potential negative environmental impact, suppliers’ responsible practices and how these align to our ongoing expectations.
- Monitoring and reporting on our actions in this area
- Environmentally beneficial behaviour is everyone’s responsibility and all working at Cingularity are expected to contribute towards achieving our overall objectives. The Executive are accountable for the commitments outlined in this policy.
